It's been almost a full month since the finale aired and we are still waiting for a decision on renewal from AMC. It is now a week and a half later than it was last year when we found out about the season 2 renewal. I know, it's been AGONY not knowing what AMC is going to do. Our blog has been a bit quiet, I think campaigning has slowed down and I think most of us have settled into a bit of complacency while we wait. So I started thinking....
Tired of just waiting?
Feel like you need to do SOMETHING? Anything??
How about one last surge of letters to the network?
C'mon, I know you've got at least one more in ya...
If we all send another letter maybe Saturday or Monday morning, AMC would receive a bunch of them all at once. Right at that critical time when they are about to make up their mind (hopefully)...
Don't worry about the type of letter this time, hand-written, typed, postcards, ketchup, no ketchup, it doesn't matter, just send them something. Get creative if you want or keep it simple. Just try to maintain the spirit of this campaign: Polite and positive encouragement to AMC to PLEASE RENEW Halt and Catch Fire!
I hope I can count on each and every one of you to help us out. Let's make it count! Let's get their attention again, make sure they realize we're still out here and we're still anxiously awaiting hopefully good news from AMC!
